Hiring Process
1- Application
The first step is to complete the online application form and upload all your documents. If your application fit with our requirements, HR team will contact you to get the process started within two weeks.
2- Technical Test
For us, the most important thing is to fit in with the company culture, in addition to have the required skill. Accordingly, to assess your level of expertise, we have produced assignments or challenges for the respective field for which you are applying.
3- Interview
If you meet our requirement, you will be invited to an interview. In some cases, the HR and Technical interviews might take place at the same time. The interview is a chance for us to get to know each other personally.
4- Decision
We will inform you about our decision within 3 weeks. If you succeed, you will receive a Job Offer. However, in case you didn’t pass, please do not give up! You’re welcome to try again as there may be another opportunity that is a better fit for you.
